Addressing out-of-school barriers to learning through partnerships with social service agencies and coordinated access to health, mental health, and other services.

Our Community School Center is a welcoming space for parents, caregivers, and families to connect, find support, and build community. Whether you need help accessing local services, want to learn more about school programs, or simply need a friendly place to drop in — we’re here for you.
